Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Primo Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
